Last year EMCCAN was able through the Paul Hamlyn Foundation to emerge themselves within the school curriculum.
Through working with a main stream and a STEAM school within the Derbyshire area EMCCAN artists created a 10 week program engaging with students in a variety of subjects and finishing Phrase One with a celebratory event.
We have now received our funding for phase two and in the planning stages. Due to COVID -19 we re having to rearrange our plans and work within the guidelines to see how we can integrate within schools in a safe way.
Caribbean Carnival Curriculum
